Being Love

“This is the power of gathering: it inspires us, delightfully, to be more hopeful, more joyful, more thoughtful; in a word, more alive.” ~ Alice Waters

Welcome to “Paths of Heart”- a high spirited, heart-centered community where we gather together in music, poetry, commentary, and dialogue to create and nurture joy, compassion, gratitude, and love – in our own lives and throughout the world.  Paths of Heart is a 501(c)(3) Human Services/ Educational non-profit organization that uses the arts, especially, to encourage and propel seekers of a better, more peaceful world to find ways to serve while becoming more kind and compassionate human beings.

We welcome you as we collectively and individually explore the sweet mysteries of life – this is an invitation into co-creation! Our gatherings are most every Sunday at 10:30 a.m. at 117 Evans Drive in north Fort Collins. Childcare is available (please let us know ahead of time so we can make arrangements).
We look forward to being with you!

Sunday,
February 12th

With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, we may be hearing lots of talk about “being in love”. That’s all well and good, AND may we suggest just “Being Love”? We don’t need any one or any thing else but ourselves to BE LOVE. It’s a pretty awesome place to BE and that state of being can be so infectious that it’s bound to change the world around us as well! Come as you are, as a Being OF Love and let’s see what happens…..

“The most important aspect of love is not in giving or the receiving: it’s in the being….being love is a supreme creative act.”
~ Ram Dass

“Loving yourself creates ripples of transformation in your relationships and the world.” ~ Debra Reble

“Your love is not outside; it is deep within you. You can never lose it, and it cannot leave you. Love is a state of being.”
~ Eckhart Tolle

Looking Ahead/Notes of Interest

We are excited to have Myles Sloniker back in our midst (from NYC) on Sunday, February 19th! Emma Sloniker will also be back after a few weeks off, so we are looking forward to some special, familial music-making that day! Hope you can join us!

“Gratitudes”

The picture says it all ~ What a fine night of music and merriment we had on Wednesday night with David Roth! Thanks to all who came out to the first “Paths of Heart” House Concert of the 2017 Season! We’re working on several more in the coming months, so stay tuned!

“You simply will not be the same person two months from now after consciously giving thanks each day for the abundance that exists in your life. And you will have set in motion an ancient spiritual law: the more you have and are grateful for, the more will be given you.” ~ Sarah Ban Breathnach

What are you grateful for today?

* CAR-EOGRAPHY * We have recently worked on our driveway and parking area to create more user friendly space! However, should they become full, please park out on Hwy 1, which has plenty of space and a nice wide shoulder. Please watch for cars as you are exiting and entering your vehicle, though! The carport area is reserved for folks with special parking needs. Out of respect for our neighbors, we ask that you kindly refrain from parking on Evans Drive beyond our property line. Car pooling is encouraged.

Yoga with Heart!

We do yoga here in our “community space” on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. All levels are welcome to participate. Let us know if you’re interested in joining this heart centered practice!

Please note, we are a “remove your shoes upon entering” household (what better way to bare our “souls”…!). Feel free to bring slippers or thick socks for your comfort (and we always have extras!)
