The Path of Passionate Living

The Path of Passionate Living

I don’t know about you, but the warming weather has a way of ramping up our passions around here!  Colleen loves gardening, kayaking, hiking, and outdoor music opportunities, and although Mark would probably replace bike rides with gardening, he thrives on all the aforementioned activities, too.  Excitement is in the air as the weather and schedules shift to summer mode!  What are you passionate about and what drives your motivation?  How do you keep your passion alive?  Do your passions change over time?  How are passion and purpose intertwined?  Please join us in the conversation!

Quotes to ponder

“The presence of passion within you is the greatest gift you can receive. Treat it as a miracle.”  ~  Wayne Dyer“Everything I do is part of my passion. I do the things I like to do. It’s sort of a bigger version of having more than one hobby…”  ~  Harry Connick, Jr.

“My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style.” ~  Maya Angelou

“Passion is energy. Feel the power that comes from focusing on what excites you.”  ~  Oprah Winfrey

We are so grateful for this Paths of Heart Community and the sharing that happens each Sunday morning.  Thank you for opening your hearts and speaking your wisdom.

“Summoning gratitude is a sure way to get our life back on track. Opening our eyes to affirm gratitude grows the garden of our inner abundance, just as standing close to a fire eventually warms our heart.” ~ Alexandra Katehakis

Car-eography
You may park in the driveway, as well as diagonally along the north side of our property.  Should those areas become full, please park out on Hwy 1, which has plenty of space and a nice wide shoulder.  Do watch for passing cars as you are exiting and entering your vehicle, though! The carport area is reserved for folks with special parking needs. Out of respect for our neighbors, we ask that you kindly refrain from parking on Evans Drive beyond our property line. Car pooling is encouraged.  We also have a bike rack for cyclists!

Welcome to Paths of Heart…

a high spirited, heart-centered community where we gather together in music, poetry, commentary, and dialogue to create and nurture joy, compassion, gratitude, and love – in our own lives and throughout the world.  Paths of Heart is a 501(c)(3) Human Services/Educational non-profit organization that uses the arts, especially, to encourage and propel seekers of a better, more peaceful world to find ways to serve, while becoming more kind and compassionate human beings.

We welcome you as we collectively and individually explore the sweet mysteries of life – this is an invitation into co-creation! Our gatherings are most every Sunday at 10:30 a.m. at 117 Evans Drive in north Fort Collins. Childcare is available (please let us know ahead of time so we can make arrangements).

We hope our paths cross soon!
